Quickbase

Connect Sasha to your Quickbase applications. Query data, create records, and automate workflows without leaving the chat interface.

What You Can Do

  • Query tables with natural language
  • Create and update records across your apps
  • Run reports and analyze data
  • Inspect schemas to understand app structure
  • Manage relationships between tables

Prerequisites

  • Quickbase account with API access
  • User token scoped to your target app
  • Table-level permissions for the data you want to access

Generate a Quickbase User Token

  1. In Quickbase, go to My Apps → User tokens
  2. Click New user token
  3. Name it (e.g., "Sasha Integration")
  4. Select the target app
  5. Grant access to the tables Sasha should use
  6. Copy the token—you only see it once

Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings → Tools → Quickbase Workspace
  2. Enter your configuration:
    • Realm hostname (e.g., yourcompany.quickbase.com)
    • App ID (e.g., bq8xk2hj)
    • User token
  3. Click Save
  4. Click Test Connection
  5. Click Register to enable Claude access

Security Notes

  • User token is encrypted at rest
  • Sasha respects your Quickbase permissions

Troubleshooting
